Hi! I'm Tara Stark, a licensed clinical psychologist and Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP) with over 10 years of experience. I specialize in trauma treatment and am passionate about providing you with the absolute best care and support you deserve.

I provide virtual therapy and assessment to adults and children with an array of concerns. My approach focuses on validating your experience, while also challenging you to approach situations differently than you have in the past. I welcome all emotions, holding them for you when they might feel too overwhelming to handle on your own. Even when your feelings might be uncomfortable, I will do my absolute best to help you to feel safe. I am committed to providing you with individualized treatment, choosing the best course of therapy for your specific needs. I will strive to make you feel as though you aren't in this alone and provide hope for a better future.

Hello, I'm Angela, an intern working towards my Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health, supervised by Dr. Tara Stark. I offer virtual therapy sessions, so you can get support from the comfort of your home. My approach is all about understanding your unique story and working together to achieve your goals using proven, evidence-based approaches. We’ll work at your pace to build coping skills, challenge unhelpful thoughts, and move toward your goals by developing tools to help you make positive changes.
