PRIVATE PAY RATES:​

DR. TARA STARK

Initial Consultation - Free (15 minutes)

  • Intake Assessment* - $325 (60 minutes)

  • Individual Sessions and Parent Coaching: $225 (60 minutes), $175 (45 minutes)

  • Group Therapy**: $50 - $100 (60 - 120 minutes

  • ADHD Assessment: $2,000 - This includes an initial intake evaluation, 2-3 sessions to administer the assessment measures, a comprehensive report with individualized recommendations, and a feedback session to share and explain the findings.

  • Autism Assessment: $2500 - This includes an initial intake evaluation, 3-4 sessions to administer the assessment measures, a comprehensive report with individualized recommendations, and a feedback session to share and explain the findings.

  • Supervision for pre-licensed professionals:

    • Individual: $100 - $175 (60-90 minutes)

    • Groups of 3 or more: $50/person (60-120 minutes)

  • Group Therapy - $40 - $80 (60 - 120 minutes)​

* Intake assessments consist of gathering background information, to include developmental history (children only), mental health, education, relationships, job, etc. During this session, we will ask about the reason you are seeking therapy and develop tentative treatment goals. If time permits, we will create a formal treatment plan, which identifies your goals, what treatment will be utilized to achieve those goals, and how we will know they have been reached.

** Group therapy will be available upon request. Ideas of topics include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Anger Management

    • Focuses on changing your thinking in order to develop more adaptive and effective responses when feeling angry​

  • Healthy Relationships

    • Identifies personality traits, relationship patterns, unhelpful thinking habits, interpersonal effectiveness, assertiveness training and love/apology languages​

  • DBT

    • Consists of mindfulness, interpersonal effectiveness, emotional regulation and distress tolerance ​

  • STAIR (Skills Training in Affective and Interpersonal Regulation) 

    • A structured evidence-based treatment for PTSD. This is often offered for individuals who are interested in more in-depth trauma work, such as EMDR or cognitive processing therapy.​
